Global Change Delivery Principal Process Consultant is responsible for leading the portfolio of ‘Process Reengineering’ projects & programmes aimed at redesigning and making key business processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, fiscal & operational performance and successful execution of project delivery more efficient and effective.

Directs the Asia (APJ & India) HR Specialized Services Team in the planning, development, implementation, and expansion of HR Shared Services within the Asia and Global HR Shared Services organization. The role is responsible for multiple HR areas including Shared Service operational support for Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Vendor Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Consults with Asia HR leadership and organisation’s business leadership to ensure Shared Services programs support and meet the needs of the organization.
This position will be responsible for building solutions using web Methods technology. This position will lead a team of off-shore resources while sometimes working individually as well. The application development lead will create detail design specifications based on the business and functional requirements, validate estimates, build the most complex solutions, assign work to more junior developers, assist with junior developers questions / issues and provide coaching and technical knowledge, perform code and unit test reviews, fix bugs and support all testing cycles.
The Chief Risk Officer will be expected to build a risk monitoring systems complying with Basel I & Basel II requirements for assessing, reviewing and mitigating of risk factors associated with Credit Market & Treasury Risk. The role will contribute to the strategic direction of the Bank through the development and implementation of Risk Management strategies, policies and procedures in support of the Bank’ s business goals.
