What is our Returnship support proposition?Mirus works closely with multiple organizations who are looking to hire women who have been on a career break & are seeking to rejoin the workplace. These Returnship opportunities are available in different formats - such as six months on contract to hire or on full time basis. We provide end to end recruitment support positioning you for job roles that are relevant to your skill set.

Who is eligible to apply?You are eligible if you: Have minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience. Have been on a minimum career break of at least 6 months.

Are there flexible working options?Most of the programs are designed as an in-office based roles, however flexible options may be available depending upon the policies of the hiring organization.
